Conditions for returns and refunds
You benefit, for any purchase made on a private basis, from a withdrawal period of 07 days from the date of delivery. The item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Time frame in which returns are accepted
You have a period of 07 days from the date of delivery to return the product. In order to ensure better traceability of the return, it is recommended that you bring the invoice that was given to you at the time of your purchase. Failing this, the product must be accompanied by any useful information regarding your contact details and your order.
Reimbursement deadline
We undertake to reimburse you no later than 24 hours from the date of your request (if the product has not reached us by the 7th day, the reimbursement may be deferred until receipt of the product).
